Evi could be a great product when the servers are able to cope with the demand. This is the main problem with Evi: servers are overloaded. 

I don’t understand how Apple could argue that Evi is in direct competition with one of its product. Siri is not an Apple product yet. It is still in BETA, works only on one device (Apple 4S), has very serious limitation when used outside the United States (try it in Canada!!) and does not work very well in language other than English. This is a product with an interesting perspective but it is still a work in progress, a BETA product. Evi is not much better (does not work in any language but English, has serious limitations when used outside the USA etc. etc. etc.) and is also a work in progress. 

So, let these two BETA products compete one against the other until one be ready to leave its BETA status.
