Hi, The same idea is in ‘Fortune India Magazine’ (dated September 2011) and the Creative Director (Nilanjan Das) claims that its his idea. Thanks to a little time narrowing in google image search it proves.

Jonathan Mak’s (far left) was first arriving Oct 6. Then Chris Thornley’s (centre) arrived 5 days later Oct 11. While Farzin “ebay” Adeli’s can’t even be found & certainly arrived last.

Thornley claims to have come up with his in May, but why? He doesn’t work for Apple or for an advertising agency contracted by them. While Mak creating his in light of Jobs passing sounds far more plausible.
