Just for some clarification, this has nothing to do with the registered “iTunes Live” logo. The iTunes live logo was made only for the London Event’s that Apple had. ;D

It is a cloud-based music service. The page explicitly states that it is an announcement from iTunes, as opposed to being from Apple.
