I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — a 3 cm touchscreen is borderline idiocy. Your finger will be blocking 90% of the screen; two or three well-positioned buttons on the sides would give you much better control.

Which doesn’t mean this won’t sell as hotcakes, cause there’s no shortage of borderline idiots.

Great idea for this new iPod… Things really start to fit… I’m guessing that Apple is going to merge the iPod nano and the smaller capacity iPod video (30 Gb) into this newer product, making it more portable, lighter and smaller, with the same capacity as the big brother (same 30 Gb), though with a flash memory. In the high end market I’m beting on the 120 Gb iPod (named only iPod, because they want people to understand that their flagship mp3 player doesn’t need wheel cilck anymore…) with the touch fullscreen without the wheelclick.

That's some thing quite exclusive. It would be a surprise even though there are rumors about some product from Apple. I think that it would be a very good thing to have some insight into the issue first because there are plenty of instances wherein the huge number of rumors just ruin the excitement of the launch of a new product.
