I enjoy having the iPhone from day one. I’m a gadget freak and to me no other phone can compete with iPhone. I’m looking forward to the iPhone 4s. RIP Steve and may God Comfort your family. Peace to all. Enjoy what ever phone you have and I will enjoy the iPhone 4s.

Leslie has it right and so does Bajan. We are lucky to live while Steve Jobs and Apple created and continue to create beautiful, elegant design of products that work. Let the naysayers move on to what they love. I’m sticking with Apple. Steve Jobs was a genius and we are the beneficiaries.

Long live the Steve! And, didn’t anyone notice that the iPhone 4S IS the iPhone 5 — new operating system, new camera, new antenna, new carrier, new world phone, new faster chip, Siri…. and, you can still use your old case. Wow. What else would you have expected if it had gotten a new number???? And the BIG news for every kid in the world, 3GS now FREE with a contract. Duh. Apple changes the game again. And Tim Cook did a remarkable Steve show — very impressed, very happy. Long live the king.

My 1st instinct is to purchase the 4S come the 14th because I have wanted an iphone since they 1st appeared on the scene but did so little out of box. I bypassed ip4 hoping the next generation would be better, and it is in sorts just lacking a new design, bigger screen… which would make this phone perfect. I am glad it will be able to handle HPSA+ but that’s not in my area neither is 4G nor LTE ( thanks a lot AT&T) I want a bigger screen but I am not willing to be subjected to malware to do it :-( Although I’d love NFC integration and LTE compatibility it’s simply not the right time in the market to have a phone with items you’d never really get the chance to use. I will continue to weigh my options, I do not like how Android systems get bogged down with tasks since you never have to close them. I am also not fond of having to WAIT on the carrier to release an OS update. Maybe I need to play with more Android phones but I’ve played with the G1, Hero, myTouch, Captivate, and Sensation and Android’s just not calling me yet. Maybe my problem is Android just makes me feel as I will be continuing my WinMo phase because the two OS’s seem to have the same feel to them…maybe it’s just the sense UI . There is one thing I like about Apple, and that’s the fact that the OS updates roll out to the previous phones for some time… look at how many OS updates the 3GS will have received by the time OS 5 rolls out. You can keep your iOS phone a little longer and not worry about missing much. I guess that’s a brownie point for Apple on that one, being a WinMo user and being left in the wind when WP7 was released gave me a different outlook. Guess I will keep watching and waiting, for a little while at least because I think my Tilt’s on its last leg.

There is no point to link apple official video. I want something I can see in youtube. I can’t see the official video because the crappy Quicktime uses ports that are not open in my company proxy.

Not long left now. Soon other manufacturers will close shops so we will all have an iPhone
and all our data logged with Big Brother’s iCloud. Someone should break
Apple up and open their closed monopoly before it is too late.

I’ve been waiting for an iPhone 5 so this is a little upsetting. I know it’s new but now I’m worried about the iPhone 5 coming out shortly. I guess you can’t do that with technology. Now I’m deciding between a Droid Bionic and iPhone 4S.
