Many people are quite pleased with their HD-Ready graphics on much bigger TVs, so even the first iPad looks really sharp in 10″ screen(which is still bigger than Xooms, btw) and Xoom has to draw considerable amount of pixels more with similar hardware, so iPad 2 could save processing power for more realistic effects(and still use less memory).

There is no practical reasons to add everything up just for vanitys sake and just to have them. That makes things fat, heavy, more expensive and drain battery faster. And compared to competition iPad 2 offers awesome software, something to DO with that power!

The latter may be a reason GPS wasn’t part of the discussion – shame, it minimizes the use cases, not that a large tablet isn’t nice some of the time at least.
