It seems like every other day there’s a new Apple rumor going around. But we’ve actually heard about this one before. It seems, however, that it might be coming true. Apple supposedly has put a stop on all shipments of the Mac Mini to retailers with no indication that more are on the way.

Apple basically gave retailers the “this is your last shipment” talk. And no one seems to know if the Mini will be getting an upgrade, a serious overhaul or if the line will be discontinued altogether.

The Mac Mini hasn’t sold very well. It was supposed to be the entry-level Mac for about $500-600. Definitely not the cheapest computer out there, but definitely the cheapest Mac. What’s sad is the Mac Mini is a decent little computer. I had one and it did all that I needed it to. I’d be kind of sad to see it go.
