Why is this drawing of the idea patentable? Why is it not required that the applicant shows a working prototype? A requirement for areal prototype would favor real inventors instead of concept artists…

the better question is what happen to the by-product (ie. water) after the hydrogen is combine with oxygen in the fuel cell. Can we just drink it and get rid of the excess weight?
