There is no future for this country, if the court system lacks the common sense to decide a case as simple as this one. Further, the court should rebuke Apple in the harshest possible terms for bringing a case as frivolous as this one. Copyright law should not be adjudicated in such a way that Apple, or anyone, else can abuse the system in a punitive way.
