In the patents world. If you can improve upon an existing products, you can call it your own. Android is that and it’s still improving unlike some product we know that seem to stall all these years (take the first iphone compare it to iphone 4 interface, take the first Android compare it to the latest Android interface).

Patented technologies like a rectangular phone with round corners and a grid of icons? Or patented technologies like click the phone number to dial that’s been around forever? Or the patented technology of overscroll bounce? Or slide to unlock?

Thanks God, Apple don’t produce microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, tables. chairs,…… etc.
