Before you had even begun to read this story, Foxconn had already gotten 20,000 workers out of bed in the middle of the night to bring the factory in line with FLA rules. After FLA completes its inspections, another 20,000 workers will set to work to bring the factory back in line with Apple's criminal profitability.

Lucky for you, Apple will only have to do this in its "final-assembly" plants. If they had to do the same in the component plants, where workers are getting their feet burned off by molten metal or being blown up by exploding glass furnaces, you would probably have to pay an extra $1.50 for your iphone. That would be a REAL tragedy.
