There’s a lot of anti-Korean sentiment going around in Japan right now, and yet their court system sided with Samsung. That alone should tell you how wrong Apple were to do this, I think. Seriously, a patent for synchronizing with servers? That was around way before iTunes.

I think Samsung needs to get over it, a simple suggestion make your own products, don’t copy apple patents and design. What reputation does that provide ? See Microsoft chose the different path finally and we got windows 8, blackberry is on different path so is Nokia, Samsung and android are totally copy of iPhone and IOS. Only an inventer feels the pain when his invention is stolen.
