This just in: Apple is filing a lawsuit in federal court today against the Bible for its blatantly unlicensed use of a rectangular form factor and the use of Apple’s trademarked name in a defamatory statement about early humans being irrevocably tempted by this strange fruit. The writers and publishers of the Bible clearly should have known better than to infringe on the company’s rights in this fashion and will be held accountable according to applicable US Patent laws.

Both companies have online stores that sell apps. They are both “app stores”. Apple must be run by a howler monkey with ADD now that Jobs is gone.
