		<description><![CDATA[Problem with patent law is that it allows trolls like this to exist. Reform is badly needed. I&#039;d like to see a system where patent holders would need to demonstrate capability to produce the patented idea and have a road map for production. If they didn&#039;t have the capability, they would be required to license the patent at a reasonable rate or lose it altogether. Patent infringement cases would also be required to be filed within a reasonable time of initial infringement in order to be valid. No more sitting in a case for years whole waiting for the infringer to grow and increase your spoils. Use it, license it, or lose it.]]></description>
