More manufactured outrage from California. Employees migrate between companies in Silicon Valley all the time (that's the biggest reason Silicon Valley exists in the first place). The agreement was just that their recruiters wouldn't actively try to snipe talent from each other. If the companies were really trying to limit the mobility of their employees, they'd just migrate their engineering departments out of California.

My rather pessimistic guess is that this idiotic suit will gain some traction in California, but get smacked down on the federal level.
