You’re kidding, right? But who to fight the illegal but hidden actions of the corporations and government of which we have no knowledge about? First of all, we should know the bad things the “big ones” prepare for us and we have no power to do that. Anonymous seems to have some power over this.

The file left by the hackers was a decoy meant to distract athorities. And obviously it worked. But whoever it is who. Did this better hope they don’t get caught because hacking a company as big as Sony and stealing information from the users is a serious crime that they can’t hack their way out of.

Who ever has done this to get back at Sony is not just brining down Sony’s reputation and effecting their business but also the effecting the subscribers who are innocent casualties of this whole thing. I hope nothing gets done with the sensitive account information that was obtained as a part of this whole hacking mess.

Does it really matter anymore if it was them or not? They have be doing what they please an still haven’t been caught. Even if they didn’t do this what is adamantly denying this going to do for them… lighten their sentence or strengthen their morals? Because of their actions they have caused a frenzy among the hacker community their ranks swell but no leadership. how can you control that, you can’t. They just have people splintering off doing what they will under Anon’s name. Anonymous is an amorphous hacking group so you can’t claim to not have done something since you have no true identity.

Looking at what Anonymous has been involved with in the past, data theft like this just makes absolutely no sense. Leaving files behind is also something I haven’t heard about before from them. I’m guessing this is all just a decoy by the perpetrators and Sony ate it right away. For all we know Sony may have planted it themselves as a payback-move for the original Anonymous attack on PSN.
