I’m just saying it’s not a photo contest and even if it was that pic is not going to make the cover of TIME magazine like you guys think.

Also, I would like to point out the fact that at least the other guy followed the rules (as limited as they were): Tell us about your favorite HotSpot away from home, and POST A PICTURE OF YOU VISITING YOUR HOTSPOT.

I agree with Furies, i think the winner put more work and time into his picture then the other guy, thus he deserve to win. Whoever works harder bound to have better photos. Just likve voting, if you dont vote, you cant complain. If you dont take part, you dont get to complain.

Yes, you’re right it is a very high quality photo; he must be an artist. There’s an idea for a new contest! Who can take the best self-picture of their hand. And I wouldn’t knock the guy on the john, it least it shows he has friends to take pictures.

Just say it guys, you don’t like it because there’s a nice shiny Apple Logo in the middle of the picture. It won for it’s contrasting white-on-brick and unique curved background. Someone actually put some work into the picture, not just sat on the john and had a friend take a picture.

I agree with tekbich. The way the contest was decided seems a bit ridiculous. It makes it more of a drawing than a contest.

I didn’t enter because I already have a contract with the devil (AT&T), but at first glance I thought the contest looked really cool because you would get some outrageous and fun hotspots, but instead all you really needed to do was take a picture of anything and you were on level playing field. It pretty much defeats the purpose of anyone trying to have fun with the contest and out do eachother. I’m not taking anything away from the winner, but airport vs. guy on a toilet? It seems obvious who the winner was…………..
