Amped Wireless, following the REA20 extender launched back in August, has announced the first long-range high-powered AC1900 WiFi router and WiFi extender, the RTA30 and the REA33. Both devices are slated for launch this coming summer, and as with other products from the maker, the router and extender comes with the Wi-Fi Analytics Tool. With this setup, Amped Wireless promises up to 10,000 square feet of Gigabit WiFi coverage.

The RTA30 high-power AC1900 WiFi router offers eight WiFi radios, as well as four high-gain dual-band antennas, one USB 3.0 port, five Gigabit ports, and sixteen high-power amplifiers. The user interface has been updated, and includes features like coverage controls that are user-adjustable, the ability to create guest networks, and parental security tools for families.

Meanwhile, the REA33 high-power AC1900 WiFi range extender works with any 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac networks. Similar to the router, the extender has eight WiFi radios, sixteen high-power amplifiers, and four high-gain dual-band antennas. There's a USB 3.0 port for connecting devices, and five Gigabit ports. The user interface has also been enhanced, and comes with various advanced functionality and security features.

Said Amped Wireless's CEO Jason Owen, "We are very excited to announce the fastest and longest range Wi-Fi router and range extender we have ever developed! Both feature the latest, high power Wi-Fi technology and are packed with high power parts to provide the best Wi-Fi experience ever offered. This means faster streaming, downloading and web browsing with all of your devices, throughout your entire home, backyard, or office."
