I own a dv6z quad, a8-3500. Undervolted and Overclocked from 1.5/2.4GHz to 2.2/2.6GHz, no cooling mods or sorcery needed. Folks who’ve repasted their CPU with better gunk are reporting speeds in the 3.0GHz range.
