Seeing I have a few accounts online, 5+TB of storage at home and a few domains. Sure thats a bit unrealistic to the average user, but common offer online storage as the selling point when it should be system/hardware specs that sell the device.

The average user does not need that much space when its so easy to just plug in the mini USB connector and copy what you want or use your free Dropbox account and sync it up.
