Apparently NO M11x laptops were shipped with the insert, but it is mentioned as a part in the user manual. The rep did verify it was supposed to ship with the laptops. The catch is, they can’t get me the part until someone can tell them what the part number IS. Support is just keeping a list of those people who are complaining it’s missing – and not that many people have noticed. I haven’t found this issue listed at the few sites I’ve tried, so I thought I would post here and see if anyone else has contacted Dell Support asking about it.
