Except Adobe IS developing it-just mot in the mobile space.

Adobe has said that they will continue to support Flash 11 for mobile with patches/updates they just won't offer any new versions. They have already updated it for Andriods new ICS os and hopefully we can still make use of it for sometime to come. Also RIM has said they will continue to develope Flash on there own as they have a licensing agreement with Adobe and with the Andriod community we may still see new versions to port over to our devices still. At any rate, those of us who like flash should be ok until HTML5 can fully mature or mobile devices become powerful enough to run desktop versions of flash. I never would have purchased a tab with out it, i just would have got a cheaper and almost as portable netbook.

Just because Apple isn't going to use Adobe, it should not mean that Google and Adobe will follow. Why? I use and I like it, Google and Adobe should still support it, no matter what.
