		<description><![CDATA[They cut a lot of support staff. It a good call on the short run, but bad on the long.
They are really feeling the strain from Bioware (aka: Starwars The Old Republic). Realeased 2 months ago. Wow already lost about 2million from the 11 million user base.
Also the lates expansion (Cataclysm) was not the best and lots of people left anyway.
Support staff are the people you call in game (ticket) if you encounter a bug or if your account is hacked. Say you have 2K support people for just WoW and you cut that in half, then people with ticket will have to wait twice the time to get their issue resolved (say 96hours up from 48). This is something you wont notice immediately only on the long run.
Anyway WoW is their cash cow, they should care for it much better.]]></description>
