DO NOT PURCHASE!
Worst service I've ever seen from any manufacture. Their services is basically a scam. I noticed that the laptop did not come with CD's but was unconcerned, assumed it was a mistake and they would ship the recovery disks for free. Nope, disks are extra charge. So we purchased them, and purchased a SSD to upgrade the laptop. Since the laptop was in use at the time, it took a few weeks before I could upgrade. The disks were all unreadable not only on my notebook but on every other PC. So I contacted Acer support again and was told that the disks only have a 14 warranty.
clayb at cox.smu.edu if you need more info on how bad this product is.

This is like the best laptop ever ... period !
I've had this laptop for almost 3 weeks now. I haven't even had time to really push it to it's limit because it has so much to offer.
I've heard about problems with the wireless - well I'm using it without any problem even for long periods of many hours.
This is why I love this laptop so much: 18.4" Full HD (1080x1920 resolution) screen, i7 1.6Ghz processor, Blu-ray player, 5.1 Dolby surround sound (with all 6 speakers built in, dedicated media player controls, IR for use with a universal remote control, 4 USB ports and much more...
The price I got it is nothing but a joke - 1500$ , absolutely worth every cent ! enjoy ...
