Worth Reading?
Loading ...One thing I hate about my laptop is that it’s without the handy little numeric section to the right like a standard keyboard. It drives me nuts, I’m a fast typer until it gets down to numbers and then I have to play seek and find and it drives me crazy. It’s one place where my fuse is extremely short. I think the person who came up with this idea had people like me in mind.
The Adesso AKP-170 has a numeric pad built into the mouse. It’s the perfect size and while it may be slight uncomfortable to get use to a square when you’ve grown so accustomed to that perfect palm shape I think you’ll live. Besides, think how much more quickly some of your gaming will go when it’s just right there at your fingertips.
I think I’ll be picking up one of these for myself, and maybe for my parents come tax season, I’m sure it will make everything go much, much faster. That brings to mind another reason it’s a good idea, since my dad is left handed I’m sure he’ll appreciate a numeric pad on the other side, as would any other lefty out there.
