I think that there is actually a large overlap between the poor who cannot buy shoes and mobile subscribers. It seems that a lot of people are too dumb to understand that a fancy gadget is no substitute for education, responsible personal economy, health insurance, better food for their children, etc.]]></description>

It&#039;s the data that&#039;s important to you on that hard drive, or cellphone, and how easily the newer hardware will let you transfer it over, and keep it for you.  New hardware is just an &#039;expensive brick&#039;, if it wastes my time converting files with difficulty.  It&#039;s also GOTTA allow for in itself being dumped someday, even for different company&#039;s hardware!.  At the end of the day, I want my files!  Couldn&#039;t care about the hardware!  Notepad, Netbook, Laptop, Desktop, smart-phone, or dumb-phone.  It don&#039;t mean @#$% if it can&#039;t transfer safely my older files. Papyrus from ancient Egypt and stone carvings seem to last the longest for data storage if you think about it.  But it&#039;s cumbersome to use.  [Try converting files from Linux to Win 7. Ha!
