How about the scan of the 6 year old last week. They are still groping, fondling, and violating people and kids. Over 2 million in TSA security and they haven’t got 1 terrorist,.. only some illegal aliens and drug mules.

On the contrary, as you’d know if you ever read it. The first clause refers to “The right of the people to be secure in their persons”

In order for a search of a person, the person’s houses, papers, and effects, there must be:
- probable cause for the specific search
- oath or affirmation by the party applying for the warrant
- issuance of the warrant (it doesn’t say by a judge, but that was obvious 200 years ago.)

Nothing in the Constitution specifically grants the Federal Government any authority over air travel, anyway.

Roger, thank you for clarifying. Even if the pictures are old, these things were happening in our time, so they are disturbing nonetheless.

Oh, and I sure hope the radiation from the scanning isn’t as powerful as to give me burns — we get exposed when we fly anyways, so this extra dose is quite unnecessary methinks.

Finally, I have very little desire to travel within a country where I am expected to give up my privacy in order to get protection of my basic human rights. I fly to get out of the US, so bus is not an option, alas.

Careful what you wish for. I understand some metals absorb radiation. You may have the 4th tatooed on your chest. Or worse, on your junk! The picture of the child being screened is obviously very old. TSA hasn’t worn these uniforms for over two yearsand they no longer screen children under the age of 12. LAST comment – If you don’t want to be safe on a plane – take a bus or train. Thank you TSA for keeping me safe!

4th Amendment says nothing about being groped or scanned. If you don’t like it, don’t travel by commercial airlines.

there should be some sex themed ones too; like “dont you think its time for some salami” or something like that as boxers and the women could get a nice shirt that proclaims how nice their breasts look under scrutiny. that would be really good counter culture for people into science but who dont care about you seeing them naked(like me)

Funny t-shirts; but it’s not the TSA staff that we should be targeting, rather their war-mongering politician-swine bosses.

I couldn’t care less if I went through security naked. However, I find the screening of the child deeply upsetting.

You could ask, but I’d bet they’d wash just fine and everything with the metallic ink – it’s just a little mix they put in with the regular t-shirt ink, I’ve done it before in my basement shop.

Those T-shirts are awesome!!! They need to be mass produced in a non-metallic version for everyday wear.
