$499 BlackTab BlackBerry tablet incoming in September?

The RIM "BlackTab" BlackBerry tablet will apparently be manufactured for the Canadian company by Quanta, with production expected to ship in September 2010 according to DigiTimes.  Expected to be priced at $499, it will have both WiFi and Bluetooth, the latter used to tether with a BlackBerry smartphone and access the handset's 3G mobile connectivity.

According to the rumor site, RIM expect to ship two million BlackTab units by the end of the year, and then sell eight million in 2011.  RIM acquired the BlackTab.com domain last month, while differing screen sizes have been suggested: some reports tip a 7-inch panel, others an 8.9-inch one.
