It’s been a while since we’ve seen or heard anything from 3d Realms. They are apparently still hard at work on Duke Nukem Forever. This is evidenced by the very large and very detailed screenshot that was recently released.
Sorry, I just couldn’t resist. That tiny 200 x 113 picture is all that they have to show. Apparently this showed up on a recent job listing, which raises an interesting question.
Since they are hiring, this must mean one of two things. On one hand, they could be making some actual progress on the game and need more help. However, I think that it may be the case that the original team is getting so old that they are thinking about retiring, and thus need to hire in some new blood. So which is it guys?
