2015 Nissan Pathfinder pricing unveiled

Nissan completely redesigned the popular Pathfinder SUV in 2013 moving the car off the small truck platform onto a completely new platform that increases the comfort and luxury of the vehicle. There is a bunch of version of the Pathfinder ranging from the base model up to the SL with all the bells and whistles; a hybrid version of the Pathfinder is also available. Nissan has announced the pricing for the 2015 Pathfinder SUV and made some slight changes to the options included in some packages. No major changes to the outside of the Pathfinder or the inside were made.

Among the enhancements for the 2015 Pathfinder are blind spot warning and rear cross traffic alert added to SL and Platinum versions. The transmission now gets D-Step shift logic and hill descent control was added to all 4wd models.

The top of the line SL version of the Pathfinder now has a tech package option with Around View monitor and a tow hitch added. The Premium SL package gets Around view monitors and navigation. A new Family entertainment package gets dual headrest 7-inch DVD players.

In the SV trim, buyers now get fog lights, heated outside mirrors, and a HomeLink mirror. The 2015 pathfinder S 2WD starts at $29,510, SV 2wd starts at $32,810, and the SL 2wd starts at $36,060. The 2015 Pathfinder Platinum 2WD starts at $41,410. The S 4WD starts at $31,200, SV 4wd starts at $34,500, and Pathfinder SL 4wd starts at $37,750. The top of the line Platinum 4wd starts at $43,100.
