2015 Nissan Murano eyes-on

This year at the 2014 LA Auto Show we've been given a good look at the 2015 Nossan Murano. This is a vehicle that was originally showed off (in its earlier form) as the Nissan Resonance Concept at the 2013 Detroit Auto show. Back then we crossed our fingers that this vehicle would eventually see the real showroom floor as a next-generation crossover. This week we've seen what the 2015 Nissan Murano has become. With its V-Motion grille, signature headlines and a collection of futuristic technological advances, this vehicle is set to hit the road.

The 2015 Murano works with several road-ready features made to keep you safe on the move. With BSW (Blind Spot Warning), you'll see indicators in your Advanced Drive-Assist Display and your side mirror which show when a vehicle is in your blind spot.

Similar to BSW you'll have MOD, Moving Object Detection, which allows you to use your Around View Monitor's cameras to see moving objects near your vehicle – so you don't back over anything valuable or especially crunchy.

With Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC), you'll be able to set the distance you'll want to maintain between you and cars in front of you. Intuitive AWD brings "just the right amount of power" to both your front and rear wheels at all times, recognizing cruising, cornering, and both wet and dry roads.

As for what you're seeing here – you've got the Pacific Sunset paint option of the 2015 Murano. This is one of 8 different shades you'll be able to get this vehicle in. You've also got Java Metallic, Magnetic Black, Brilliant Silver, Gun Metallic, Cayenne Red, Arctic Blue Metallic, and Pearl White.

The 2015 Murano will cost you a cool $29,560 when it's released to dealer showrooms starting in December of this year. What you see here is the first showing of this vehicle's final production trim.
