2014 Dodge Charger and Challenger 100th Anniversary Editions unveiled

Dodge has unveiled two new special edition cars that offer performance and style. The cars are the Dodge Charger 100th Anniversary Edition and the Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition. The special edition cars are intended to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Dodge brand.

Dodge wants the special edition cars to pay homage to the muscle car roots of the brand. Both the 100th Anniversary editions will be on dealer showrooms in Q1 2014. Both of the cars get special commemorative features. The 100th Anniversary Charger will be offered in black, white, silver, granite crystal, ivory, orange, and a special exclusive color called High Octane Red Pearl coat.

All colors get a granite crystal grill and wheels with pockets of the same color. Inside the car gets molten red or black leather with a custom cloud overprint on the seats, center console armrest, and door armrest. The car also gets a three-spoke flat bottom steering wheel. The car will be available with a V6 or V8 engine. The 100th Anniversary package will cost an additional $2,200.

The 100th Anniversary Challenger gets the same features and exclusive color offered on the Charger. It also gets similar interior treatments and will be available in V6 or V8 models. The Challenger 100th anniversary package sells for $2500.
